NEWS UPDATE APRIL 2010:

Another FANTASTIC day at the South Tipp show.Dancer won her first junior point,GREEN STAR BITCH AND BEST OF BREED!!!Trader yet again won the junior class and another point towards his junior title and Patience once more won another point for her junior title ,GREEN STAR
BITCH and reserve BOB .Again all 5 of our dogs where graded excellant :)

Super day at todays Fermoy international show.All 5 of our dogs graded Excellent :) Patience got another Junior point and was Green Star bitch so another point towards her adult title too ,but she was too young for the cacib.Trader also won his class and got another point towards his irish Junior Title.Well done evryone

Banbridge Championship show 19th April. In Mals Patience was 1st and excellent in her class and won Green star Bitch. In Sibes Trader, Dancer and Anya where all 1st in their classes and Graded Excellent and Trader and Anya where reserve green star dog and bitch.

Combined Canine club international show 3rd April McCain won his class, Green star dog, CACIB and went on to get Best of Breed.
All our dogs where graded excellent and Trader and Dancer both won their classes gaining their first points to their junior championships. At only 11 months they also went on to beat some strong competition including champions to pic up reserve green stars each.

NEWS UPDATE JANUARY 2010:

At the Dublin All Breeds Champ Show under Judge Mr Robert Brown McCain,IR CH Palemoons McCAIN Trailblazer Of LUELDAR,IR JR CH,EJW09 was Green Star Dog and Best Of Breed earning him another title ANNUAL CHAMPION 2009 meaning he is the top winning Alaskan Malamute in Ireland 2009.

Tikaani is the top winning female Malamute. This makes LUELDAR Irelands Top Alaskan Malamute Kennels 2009.

Thank you to all the judges along the way and to everyone that has supported us.

NEWS UPDATE OCTOBER 09:

At Bull Breeds All Breed Championship show 26th Oct McCain won Green Star Dog and went on to win Best of Breed. Thank you to Judge Mr. V. Veiga from Portugal for his great comments about McCain.

Portadown Champ Show under judge Mr Paul Lawless, McCain won Green Star Dog, Best Of Breed and went on to be shortlisted to the final 6 in the group. It was only the 2nd show for Patience who aged only 6 months went Green Star Bitch.

NEWS UPDATE SEPTEMBER 09:

At Carlow and District Show, McCain won Green Star Dog and Best of Breed. Thanks to judge Mr D McCoy for his comments.

NEWS UPDATE AUGUST 09:

A fantastic week for Lueldar Kennels on the Irish Circuit. This week our show team consisted of Anya and Tikaani and we earned 5 Bitch Green Stars, 3 Best Of Breeds, 3rd Best In Show and Anya qualified for Crufts 2010.

At Killarney and District Show Tikaani again won Green Star Bitch, her 14th, under judge Mrs M Butler.

At Killarney Show under Canandian judge Mr B Owen Anya, Suraliam Lady Anastasia Of Lueldar IR JR CH, did it again and took Green Star Bitch and Best Of Breed.

At Clonmel and District Show Anya, Suraliam Lady Anastasia To Lueldar IR JR CH, again took Green Star Bitch under judge Mr M Borges from Portugal. Tikaani, IR CH Libertia Farenheight At Lueldar IR JR CH, also under judge Mr M Borges won Green Star Bitch and Best Of Breed.

At The Navan Group 5 Show under judge Mrs Julie Fynmore from Australia: Anya, Suraliam Lady Anastasia To Lueldar IR JR CH, took Green Star Bitch and Best Of Breed before being placed 3rd Best in Show in the Group 5 Champ Show under Judge Mr Ralf Campbell from Norway. Thank you to all our fellow exhibitors for all the support we received. This win qualified Anya for Crufts 2010.

At Bangor and District show under Judge Mr S O Brien, Tikaani who has only returned to the ring after a 12 month break had a fantastic day by winning the champion bitch class,Green Star Bitch ANd BEST OF BREED.

NEWS UPDATE JULY 09:

In the 6 shows McCain had attended so far he has earned 2 titles, European Junior Winner 2009 and Irish Junior Champion, won a Junior Stakes and Qualified for Crufts 2010 and the Irish Junior Champion of Champion Competition in December. He is now out of the ring as he has blown his coat but will be back soon. Thanks again to Barb and Kate Salvadore for sending us such a fantastic boy.

At the Munster Spitz & Primitive breed Championship show McCain won the junior stakes. We would like to thank the judge Mr. N. Burke for his wonderfull comments about McCain.

NEWS UPDATE JUNE 09: At the Bray and Irish ladies back to back shows 4 and 5 of July McCain again won the junior class and was graded excellant earning himself another title he is now an IRISH JUNIOR CHAMPION.

On May 28th at Deise McCain again won Green Star Dog and Best of Breed and another point towards his Irish Junior Championship.So has 3 Irish Junior Champ Points,2 Green Stars and 2 Best Of Breeds.

NEWS UPDATE MAY 09:At Kilkenny show on 27th May McCain wont Green Star dog and Best Of Breed.He now has 2 points towards his Irish Junior Championship,1 point towards his Irish Championship Title and 1 Best Of Breed,ages 16 mths.

MCCAIN HITS THE IRISH RINGS WITH A BANG! At the European Winners Show 2009 McCain thrilled us all by winning the Junior Class and earning the title of EUROPEAN JUNIOR WINNER 2009.He also went on to win Best Junior In Breed.This was his first show with us in Ireland and he won his title amongst strong overseas competiton.

NEWS UPDATE MAY 09: At Hibernian dog show on 17th of may ANYA won her class and went green star bitch from the competitive open bitch class.

NEWS UPDATE APRIL 09: At the Harrisbury Specialty McCain had a fantastic time winning a junior sweepstakes and pulling 1100lbs. He will be joining us at Lueldar very soon. At the Show in Michigan on April 4th McCain, now aged 14mths ,done us all proud by going winners dog,best of winners and Best opposite sex earning himself a MAJOR !!! He is pictured below on the day with his Mother Sealy owned by Aspenmyst Kennels.

NEWS UPDATE MARCH 09: At the big Cobo Hall show in Detroit on Sunday the 1st of March, McCain, who is still with his breeders in the states for the next few weeks, went Winners Dog and Best Of Breed. He also went Best Bred By and was shortlisted in the tough Bred By group in which all the Best Bred By exhibitors compete. A big thank you to his breeders and handlers Barb and Kate Salvadore at Palemoon Kennels.

2008

NEWS UPDATE DECEMBER 08: On December 14th we attended the first annual Junior Champion of Champion Competition. Anya was the first and only Siberian Husky to earn her Junior title and attend the event. She had a great day and was shortlisted before going on to be placed second, so is reserve Group 5 Junior Champion of Champions 2008.Tikaani was also qualified but was unable to attend, and she is the first alaskan malamute to get this new title.

NEWS UPDATE OCTOBER 08: Bull Breeds Championship Show on October 27th was a winning day for Rhani, as she won her class, and also won green star bitch, her fifth.

Today, October 18th, at the Portadown Championship show, was Fifi`s first trip to the ring in over five months, and she had a super day. She won her class, green star bitch, and went on to take her first best of breed.

NEWS UPDATE SEPTEMBER 08:Tikaani went to her first English kennel club show in Belfast on Sunday, 27th September, and we are pleased to say she won her class, and went on to win best bitch and best opposite sex. She is now taking a well earned break from the show ring to make way for her younger kennel mates, but will return next year. She is the most titled female malamute in the country at this time, with her Irish Championship title, Junior Irish title, 2 cacibs, Crufts qualified 2009, and highest placed female malamute in a group, 2008. We have a very exciting mating planned for Tikani in 2009.

McCain attended another four shows stateside this week, 27th September, and we are pleased to announce he won four classes, all with very big entries, so are all delighted again with his progress, as he is only seven months old. He will be arriving in March 2009 at Lueldar kennels to begin his show career in Europe.

NEWS UPDATE AUGUST 08: At the Tralee CH Show, today, August 23rd, Tikaani again won green star bitch and went on to get best of breed. We would like to thank judge Mrs. Thornton, who had some great things to say about Tikaani.

At the Limerick Championship Show , today, 21st August, Tikaani won her class and green star again.This is her 10th green star and she is now 16 months.

At the Killarney Champ Show, today, 19th August, Tikaani won her class and green star bitch again, her ninth. Thanks to all the judges who have thought so highly of her.

McCain, who was 6 months old last week, went to his first four shows in America this week, and won reserve winners dog at the first 3 and winners dog and best of breed at the fourth. He is being shown by his breeder Kate Salvadore.We want to say a massive thank you to Barb and Kate Salvadore from Pale Moon`s kennels for entrusting us with this fantastic new addition to our malamute kennels. He will be arriving in Ireland in the coming months.

At the Clonmel International Show, Sunday August 17th, Tikaani yet again had another brilliant day. She won her class, green star bitch , her 8th, and another international CACIB, her 2nd.

Tikaani has now become Champion Libertia Farenheight At Lueldar Jun Ch,and today, the 3rd of August, at the Dun Laoghaire Champ Show Tikaani won her class and green star bitch, her 7th, making her an Irish champion, and she also won her first International CACIB. She has just turned 15 months. Tikaani won her class and her 6th green star the day before at Bangor.

NEWS UPDATE JULY 08: Today, 19th July, at the Sligo Champ Show, Anya won her class, green star bitch, best of breed, and went on to be placed 2nd in the group!!Congratulations Anya.
Tikaani won green star bitch, her 5th, and best of breed again, and has also qualified for Crufts 2009, and Rhani has also qualified for Crufts 2009, all today, at the Munster spitz and primitive breeds show, 12/07/008.

NEWS UPDATE JUNE 08: At Deise CH SH, today, 29th June, Tikaani yet again took the green star bitch.
Lueldar had a fantastic day at the Kilkenny champ show on 28th June. In siberians, Rhani won green star bitch,Willow won green star dog and best of breed and in malamutes Tikaani won green star bitch. 1 show, 3 green stars and 1 best of breed!
At the Munster Championship Show,15th June,Tikaani became the first malamute to gain the new title of Irish Junior Champion.She had a fantastic day and also won green star bitch and best of breed,she then went on to be placed 3rd in the group and is now the first female malmaute to be placed in a group in Ireland.All this at only 14 mths.Well done Tikanni!

NEWS UPDATE MAY 08: At the Hibernian International Show today,17th May,Anya became the first Siberian Husky to gain her Irish Junior Championship.She has won her class at every show this year and has always been graded excellent.
At the South Tipperary Championship Show, Sunday 4th May,our malamute puppy Fifi won her class and went on to win the green star again.We are trilled with her progress.

NEWS UPDATE APRIL 08: At todays championship show in Cork (19/04/08), Fifi won her class and went on to win best bitch in breed. You can see photos of the latest addition to our family here.
At the Tralee Open show, Co. Kerry, on 13th April 2008, Fifi (our new Alaskan Malamute) won her class and went on to win best puppy in group 5.

NEWS UPDATE FEBRUARY 08: At the Newtownards Championship show, today, 24th Feb 2008, Tikaani won green star bitch.

NEWS UPDATE JANUARY 08: At the Deise open show today, 6th Jan 2008, Tikaani won best of breed and went on to win group 5.

We have just had a great start to the new year. At the charity open show, 1st Jan 2008, Rhani won best of breed and went on to win group 5. Well done Rhani!!

NEWS UPDATE DECEMBER 07: Congratulations to Rhani, who won the green star at the Dublin dog show, 27/12/07. Rhani finished this year, 2007, as the highest placed siberian husky in a group.

NEWS UPDATE NOVEMBER 07: Congratulations go out to Rhani yet again, who won green star bitch at the Bull Breeds Championship show in Dublin, Ireland, on 29/10/2007.

NEWS UPDATE AUGUST 07: Rhani won green star bitch, best of breed, and got placed 2nd in group 5 at the 2007 Tralee Championship Show, Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland. We are delighted at this and wish her continued sucess in the showring.

NEWS UPDATE JANUARY 07: At the Deise open show Kenai won her class,best bitch and best of breed before going on to win group 5 and then winning BEST IN SHOW,all this at only 18 months old.

NEWS UPDATE NOVEMBER 06: At the Munster boxer show Juneau won her class and best of breed before going on to win 2nd place in the group.
